Dr Ian Daniell is
the founder and lead consultant of .
A graduate civil engineer, he joined the army in 1973 and for the
next 20 years served in Germany, Northern Ireland, Canada, Cyprus
and the Baltic area ending up in command of the Royal Engineers
Bomb Disposal Regiment.
In 1994 he left and set up an interim management business which
he ran for 10 years. For 3 of those years he was chairman of the
Interim Management Association (IMA) when it was re-named, re-branded
and re-launched.

In 2004
he closed his company to focus on his research into interim management
and to complete the first professional doctorate to be awarded in
this area. He presents on the IMA Induction Workshop and is an internationally
renowned authority on the industry. He is frequently invited to
speak abroad and hosted the first two international conferences
for Research into Interim Management. The book that he has co-written
is the only current one of the few available on interim management.
As well as his first degree he has an MA in management from the
Kent Business School, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development and of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of interim management
and is supported by a team of independent professionals from all
the disciplines offered by .
